Starting November 1, 2016, the following functionalities will be performed using the HPE My Networking Portal(MNP)

License activation and management

All your license information from the Aruba License Management System (LMS) will be migrated to HPE MNP and Aruba LMS user accounts will be ported to HPE Passport. For security, passwords will not be migrated, which means the first time you sign-in you will need to enter your LMS username as the user ID and click 'Forgot Password' to generate a new password.

Note: If your LMS account does not have your company name and address, you will be prompted to complete that information.


Aruba product serial#

Aruba devices that use 9 or 10-character serial# have been migrated to HPE with the additional suffix "ARB". For e.g.; If Aruba serial# is ABDCD12345 then the migrated HPE serial# is ABCD12345ARB.

When using Aruba 9-character or 10-character serial number, please add "ARB" to the serial number.


Aruba software and tools download

All Aruba software and tools can be downloaded from HPE MNP, as well as product registration and warranty information.

In the coming week, you will receive an email from Hewlett Packard Enterprise that provides you with your new Software Agreement ID (SAID). The HPE SAID replaces your existing Aruba Service Contract.

If you have other HPE products, you can also use HPE Support Center to register your products and download software and tools.

Support Case Management

Creating and managing Aruba support cases will be available using MNP. If you are an Aruba Central user, you can open and view your cases through the Aruba Central user interface.

If you have other HPE products, you can also use HPE Support Center to manage support cases for all your products.

Note: Existing Aruba cases will not be migrated to MNP. Post November 1, 2016 support@arubanetworks.com will no longer be available.

Aruba Legacy LMS & Support Portal

Aruba legacy License Management System - LMS will cease to exist beyond 1st November 2016. HPE MNP will be the go-forward license management portal.

Aruba legacy support portal Aruba Support Center will be available through April 30, 2017 after which it will no longer be available. In addition to software being available in HPE MNP, we will continue to post Aruba software to Aruba Support Portal till 20th April 2017.

For license registration and management, please use the HPE My Networking Portal - MNP. To open a support case, please call local Toll-Free Support # 400-810-6618. Case opening via email and web would not be available.

Software download will be available only through Aruba Support Center
